Come join us at the Rock Church for Sonflower Camp 2024! Sonflower Camp is a FREE camp experience for individuals of all ages with special needs. There will be fun activities such as crafts, horse painting, games, stories, Christian devotions, music, and much more!!
Camp will be held June 3-5 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided at the end of each camp day. Each camper is paired with a volunteer (14 and older) to explore camp together through stations of fun! Please let us know on your registration forms if your child has allergies, particular needs we need to be aware of, and certain ways we need to accommodate those needs during their time at camp.

Volunteer Information
Participating in Sonflower Camp is an incredible experience of giving to a population of joyful campers. Volunteers 14 years and older are assigned a camper to assist through multiple activities (average 20 min. each). Buddies are responsible for knowing campers’ needs, such as food allergies, risk of seizures, heat intolerances, wheelchair assistance, and more. There is a mandatory volunteer orientation/training at 3 p.m. the day before camp begins.
If you are looking for a way to make a meaningful impact on someone else's life, Sonflower Camp is a great place to start! Without volunteers this event would not happen.
